We, myself and the host of this website take data protection very seriously and is paramount of be transparent about the data.

When you sign up and create an account on this website you are agreeing to the User Agreement and use of the personal data of:

This will only be used for contacting you if you request any information with regards to your query in e-mail and by you the visitor to access and manage your account and also .  By creating a new account, e-mail or messaging the photographer (myself), you have authorised permission to use your name and e-mail to respond and communicate with you about your query, to update you with blog post news from time to time, to notify you of any updates where necessary and for updates on event galleries that could be relevant to you and also if you place an order, these will be used to assist with processing the order along with your address and telephone number, used to send you the finished products and which is undertaken by Zenfolio, the host of the website and for digitals only processing, they (Zenfolio) will pass on your contact details to the fufilment of prints and products vendor which is One vision Imaging in UK for processing the orders only and also myself only for certain products where I, the photographer is to fulfil the order only.

The only data that is held on the website of your account is your name and e-mail and is retained for as long as you have an account on this website. No financial data is stored anywhere.  Once the payment is approved and client is in receipt of order, the information is destroyed.

You, the visitor and account holder also have the right to:

• Give consent to any part of details you would like or would not like to use
